Three pastry chefs with many years of experience dedicate their time and passion to creating delicious pastries for the bakery. “The things that attracted me to Europe and impressed me were its culture, food, and architecture” says Pastry Chef James. Pastries are not just about recipes and baking, they’re about creating a piece of art and architectural design which happen to be James’ hobbies. “I’ve attached the two like magnets” says James. In the past he has worked in many high class hotels, restaurants and bakeries and taught in some schools but none of these places fully satisfied his passion. Finally James opened his own pastry shop where he can be as creative as he desires. “The things that customers are looking for are important to me” says James. He doesn’t just create and bake what he wants; he listens to his clientele’s requests also. The majority of Sweet Art Bakery’s supplies and products are imported and most of the pastry chef’s recipes are his own inventions.
